Eng․ Sufian Bin Abdullah

Sufian Bin Abdullah is a seasoned executive and thought leader in the property development and real estate industry, with over two decades of experience spanning corporate strategy, urban design, and innovation. He is currently the Chief Development Officer for Rua Al Madinah. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of UEM Sunrise Berhad, a leading Malaysian property developer, from February 2021 until February 2025.

His career is distinguished by leadership roles in several prominent organizations, including as CEO of KWEST, a subsidiary of KWAP Malaysia, where he led strategic investments in real estate development and as the Vice President for Innovation at Sime Darby Property.

Sufian holds both a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the Canterbury School of Architecture in Kent, UK.
